Istrian Pasta Festival

The week of pasta is already in a full swing in Žminj, and the peak of gastronomic delight awaits for us for the weekend when the third edition of the festival of the Istrian pasta will be held in Žminj.
In addition to the rich program of the Festival, for all the insatiable pasta lovers during the month of July there  will be held several educational workshops with istrian chefs who will pass their knowledge in making the most delicious Istrian pasta.

Invitation to the round table: the definition of occupational standards

As part of the project “New skills for future profession”, on June 28, 2016 in Pazin Memorial Home a round table will be held which will be aimed at collecting experiences of economic sectors in the tourism industry, with the aim of defining occupational standards for new educational programs: specialist of traditional Istrian cuisine, pool and garden maintainers and butler.
