Circolo in Pula was the host of the event &#8220;Pazi \u0161to jede\u0161&#8221;, which also contains one of the largest eco fairs in Croatia. This year, the theme of the event was &#8220;Knowledge and Taste&#8221; &#8211; knowledge transfer and flavor preservation, with particular emphasis on researching, collecting and documenting information on traditional and healthy recipes characteristic of Istria. LAG &#8220;Central Istria&#8221; took part in the event on Friday, 20th of October, 2017, with a workshop on the traditional dessert called &#8220;Pazinski Cukeran\u010di\u0107&#8221;. Visitors were able to hear and see everything about the specifics, the process of making and the initiatives for listing the &#8220;Pazinski Cukeranci\u0107&#8221; on the list of the intangible cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia. Davorka \u0160ajina (agrotourism Ograde) was in charge of the practical part, visitors could see on the spot all the steps in the preparation of the dough and the way of making and baking the &#8220;Pazinski Cukeran\u010di\u0107&#8221;, and finally of course tasting this dessert.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the period from 20 to 22 October, 2017.
