(Italy)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0LAG Central Istria (Croatia)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Implementation period:<\/strong> September 2021 \u2013 June 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project budget:<\/strong> 2.661.763 KN<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Malvasia Myth\u201d transnational cooperation project is aiming at collecting the myths of all Malvasia wine producing areas in the Mediterranean and create type of an \u201cumbrella\u201d myth, a new international brand for the Malvasia wine and its route through history. Many actions will take place, in order to offer added value to the producing areas and support the productive and the touristic sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main activities of the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and documentation: Research and development of bibliographic, historical data. Scientific substantiation of the value and the name Malvasia in historical time, from the start of its production until the expansion and consolidation in Europe and the new productive areas in the Mediterranean.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of international brand Malvasia: Concept, story and development of the brand. Methodology for the acceptance of the brand and inclusion in products and campaigns of relevant enterprises.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic promotion: Design of multilanguage website by presenting elements of history and wine production, wine and other complementary businesses, wine and related products, tourist information for the production areas etc.<\/li>\n<li>Training: Design of training and educational seminars for entrepreneurs in production areas, to develop related Malvasia products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of visits: Plan visits of producers and other interested in producing areas in the Mediterranean. Combination with related activities, such as conferences, festivals and events on Malvasia and exchange of experiences for learner\u2019s entrepreneurs etc.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up of Malvasia network: Development of Action Plan and Strategy for the establishment and operation of the Network.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion events and festivals: Design and implementation of new events or strengthen and upgrade existing networking events and wine festivals and historical interest on Malvasia in the regions involved. Creation and support of wine tourism activities.
